1. What were your concerns that prompted your cosmetic medicine consultation with Dr. Padilla?
I was tired of looking in the mirror and seeing the "11" on my forehead, also known as my angry lines.

2. How were these concerns affecting your appearance and your life?
Sometimes people would ask if I was OK, or upset, and I realized later that it was because I really did look angry all the time. The lines also made me appear to be tired all the time.

3. Can you describe the results of your treatment?
I could actually see the difference after 24 hours, however as the week went on, I became giddy as the lines smoothed away, and I looked refreshed.

4. How do you feel about the treatment you had? Would you do it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I love and adore my BOTOX® treatment, and now consider it to be part of my regular maintenance, just as I would get my hair done. My only regret is that I waited so long to try it! I recommend BOTOX® to everyone and anyone who is bothered by forehead lines and crowsfeet.

The frown lines between my eyes and the lines on my forehead always made me look angry and older than I am.

My 10 year daughter told me the lines on my forehead made me look old! I didn't have the confidence I should have had.

3. Can you describe the results of your treatment?
In about 3 to 4 days I could really tell a difference from before the treatment. It smoothed the lines and my face didn't "scrunch up" like it had before.

4. How do you feel about the treatment you had? Would you do it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I'm so tickled that I had the BOTOX® treatment. I would (will) do it again. And as for recommending it to others, absolutely I would!
